Salt
Wash lentil. Place it in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil. Add water if it evaporates and keep on a low hit until cooked.
After add wine and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Finely chop and saute onions. Add carrots and saute until cooked.
Place in a blender lentil, onion and carrots, garlic, and salt. Whisk.
