This soup is perfect for everyone who loves sweet-sour dishes. 

500 500 gr. cornel
1 1 piece onion
100 100 ml. red dry wine
25 25 gr. coriander
15 15 gr. mint
2 2 piece garlic
80 80 ml. vegetable oil

Wash the cornel. Place it in a saucepan, pour with water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and keep water. Wash vegetables and greens. Separate mint leaves.

Finely chop onion and saute on a low heat. Mash cornel through sieve and add desired amount of cornel broth. Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk. Sprinkle with a salt.

Serve with mint leaves.
