Vanilla risotto

6 6 piece peaches
6 6 tablespoon tbsp. sugar
1/2 1/2 piece cinnamon stick
1 1 piece orange juice and zest

2 2 piece vanilla sticks
325 325 gr. risotto rice
160 160 ml. white semi sweet wine
1 1 liter milk
100 100 gr. white chocolate
100 100 gr. black chocolate

First of all, let's saute peaches. Cut them on a small cubes and place in a saucepan along with vanilla stick, cinnamon, half of vanilla seeds, 5 tbsp. sugar, orange juice, and orange zest. Saute on a low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Set aside and cook rice.

Melt 50 grams of butter in another saucepan. Place on a low heat with vanilla seeds for 1 minute. Add rice along with remaining sugar, vanilla seeds, and wine. Saute on a low heat. Add gradually milk after wine evaporates. Cook for at least 15 minutes, rice should be soft. It may need a bit more milk or water. Add white chocolate when rice will be cooked.

How To Serve

Place rice in a bowl. Add dark chocolate, top with rice, peaches, and mint leaves. Enjoy!
