Green pea soup with smoked sulguni

350 350 gr. green peas
80 80 ml. vegetable oil
1 1 piece onions
3 3 cloves garlic
200 200 ml. cream
75 75 gr. smoked sulguni
25 25 gr. coriander
25 25 gr. parsley
step 1
Wash peas. Place them in a pan, cover with water and boil. Add water if it evaporates. Peas should be soft.

Finely chop garlic and onion. Saute on a low heat. Wash and finely chop greens.
step 3
Mix peas, onion, garlic, and cream. Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. Add finely chopped greens and whisk with hand blender.

How To Serve

Serve with grated cheese.
