4 4 piece rice papers
2 2 piece apples
3 3 piece apricots
1 1 piece banana
800 800 ml. vegetable oil
100 100 gr. sour cream
70 70 gr. berry jam

Wash fruits. Cut them into small cubes and mix.

Place rice paper on a napkin, spread with a bit of water. Fill with one tablespoon of fruits and wrap.

Warm oil in a saucepan. Fry rolls in it. Mix sour cream and jam.
