Zucchini salad

1 1 eggplant
1 1 zucchini
2 2 red and yellow bell peppers
1 1 lemon
300 300 ml. olive oil
2 2 gr. oregano
1 1 teaspoon salt

Wash eggplant and zucchini, cut them into rings, pour with 50 ml. olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and fry on a grill from both sides.

Prepare sauce: mix olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut them into long, thin slices. Place salad leaves on a plate. Top with fried vegetables and bell peppers. Pour with the dressing and sprinkle with a salt.
