200 200 gr. butter (room temperature)
200 200 gr. sugar
1 1 piece eggs
460 460 gr. flour
The icing ingredients:
4 4 piece egg white
900 900 gr. powdered sugar
Lemon juice for flavor

You can use lemon or orange zest for additional flavor. Whisk a butter, zest and sugar with mixer on a low speed. After, add eggs and flour (step by step). Knead the dough, wrap it in a plastic and keep in a fridge for a half hour. Roll out the dough, cut out desired shapes. Preheat an oven, bake cookies for 6-10 minutes, at 180 degrees.

The icing recipe: Mix 1/3 of powdered sugar with egg white and whisk. After, add half of remaining sugar and continue whisking. When you'll get homogeneous mixture, add remaining sugar and whisk on a high speed for 5-6 minutes. You have to get glossy mixture.
