120 120 gr. sugar
600 600 ml. cream
1 1 piece vanilla stick
Brown sugar for burning

Whisk sugar and egg yolks until sugar melts. Add vanilla seeds and cream. Mix all together. Hermetically wrap the dough and leave in refrigerator for 12 hours.

Transfer to a fireproof vessel. Bake at 100 degrees for 90 minutes.

How To Serve

Sprinkle with brown sugar and burn with the burner.
