100 100 gr. cooked chestnut
200 200 gr. rice
40 40 gr. onion
10 10 gr. garlic
1/4 1/4 kalti (cheese)
50 50 ml. brendy
75 75 gr. prosciutto or bacon
20 20 ml. olive oil
800 800 ml. beef stock
15 15 gr. savory
75 75 gr. butter

Saute finely chopped onion, garlic, savory and prosciutto for 2 minutes.

Add rice and saute for 5 more minutes.

Pour some beef stock and stir occasionally, until it evaporates. Then, add another portion of stock and repeat until rice will become al dente.

Then, add finely chopped chestnut and brandy. Cook for 2 more minutes, after, add butter and kalti.

Season with salt and pepper.
