Prepare the coriander sauce: mix in blender 1 bunch coriander, 1 piece of fresh garlic, 1 piece of green pepper, a bit of sugar and 50 grams of butter. Grease pork with coriander sauce, salt, pepper and roast on high heat.

Put boiled potatoes in a baking vessel, grease it with coriander and place the roasted meet on top of potatoes. Pour everything with 1 glass of white wine and place the dish in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Cut the eggplant on round slices and roast them in olive oil. Cut tomatoes and pour them with white wine and coriander sauce. Mix everything and stew. Remove baked meat and potatoes from the oven, sprinkle them with fried eggplant rings, pour stewed tomatoes on top of the dish and put back into the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
