3 3 piece large beetroots
120 120 gr. oats
1 1 piece onion
10 10 gr. garlic
7 7 gr. parsley
150 150 gr. tofu

Grate beetroot and garlic and mince an onion. Chop parsley and tofu, add oats, salt, pepper and mix everything. We put it in the fridge for 2 hours, so that oats soak well.

Then divide the mixture into 120 gram ovals and fry them on a pan. Cut a bun and put hummus on both inner sides.

How To Serve

Place the beetroot cutlet first followed by lettuce on the bottom part of the bun and cover it with the other part.
