Kakhetian vineyards are world-known for their amazing wines. Traditional Kakhetian dishes are: Mtsvadi (barbecue), Khashlama, Chakapuli, Chikhirtma, etc. Traditional desserts are made of grape juice – Badagi and they are Churchkhela and Tatara.

The pride of Tushetian kitchen (region in Kakheti mountains) is Guda cheese.
