Ingredient - Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a strange plant - once a Cinderella coach, it may turn into a Halloween's "Jack Lantern" or you can find it even in a soup, cake or a cocktail.
The useless plant at one sight has suddenly turned into a multifunctional ingredient. Did you know that there exists even a pumpkin ice-cream? and if trying once, you'll never forget its taste. The ice-cream can be easily prepared at home, so just follow the recipe.

1-1/2 cup of cream
1 can of condensed milk
3/4 cups of pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Mix your pre-cooked pumpkin puree with condensed milk, sprinkle vanilla and slowly stir in your beaten cream. Mix well and cool. I bet you can't buy this taste in a shop.
