Making of Tklapi at home is quite easy, except for prolonged drying in the oven. Dessert without any sweeteners or coloring additives is ideal for any part of the day.
To prepare strawberry Tklapi, 400 grams of strawberries should be thoroughly washed and dried, blended until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Spread the silicone mat on a baking sheet, pour the blended mass and roll it well into a thin layer. Bake in the oven for 6 hours at 80 degrees.
For blueberry Tklapi, blend 300 grams of blueberries with 100 grams of strawberries or raspberries (for acidity). Dry at 80 degrees for 6 hours, carefully remove the silicone and roll it up.
