Chicken broth is a basis for a number dishes, so let us teach you an easy recipe for it.
Cut a chicken in middle-sized pieces, boil in water and periodically skim.
Before the chicken is finally cooked, throw 1 whole onion, middle-sized pieces of a carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, herbs, and salt. The broth is ready.

Risotto rice – 250g
Chicken broth – 250g
White wine – 250g
Water – 250g
Vegetables – 250g (100g onion, 40g dried mushroom, 110g asparagus)
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper
Cover your dried mushroom with water; soften it for 30 minutes and press. Meanwhile, heat a pan, grease some oil and throw onions on it and periodically stir. Add soaked mushroom and rice in no later than 3 minutes and mix well. Roast the rice thoroughly on a middle fire and frequently stir. Let it take only 3 minutes as well. Pour down the broth on it and let it boil and make the liquid evaporate.
