You can easily arrange a small holiday at home. Crispy biscuits and colorful cake pops will definitely create the right mood.
For the biscuit you will need:
½ a cup of sugar
⅓ glass of oil
1, ¼ a cup of flour
1 tsp. raising agent
¼ a glass of milk
1 cup sour cream
200 g chocolate
Candies for decorating the cake
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the eggs and sugar until a fluffy mass is obtained (preferably with a mixer).
Add oil, beat repeatedly. Then sift over the raising agent mixed with flour, stir and finally pour the milk. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Put a parchment paper in a baking tin or butter it to prevent sticking. Roll out the dough and bake for 30-40 minutes or until ready. Check the doneness with wooden sticks, it should be dry when taking out from the dough.
Take the cake out of the mold, crush it and let it cool. Transfer to a food processor and crush. You can mix a few drops of food coloring into a sour cream to get a desired color. Pour the sour cream into the food processor and mix well again until you get a sticky mass.
Make balls about the size of 1 tablespoon, make it round by hand. You should obtain 15-17 balls. Store in the freezer for 10-20 minutes.
Before that, place the chocolate on a steam bath or in the microwave.
Put a wooden stick in a dough ball and quickly dip it into the chocolate, decorate with the candies, put it in a glass to dry.
