300 g dates

120 g almonds

20 g coconut flakes

80 g pumpkin kernel

40 g goji

40 g coarsely ground linseed

20 g raw cocoa

20 g chia

20 g cocoa beans

10 g coconut oil

⅓ tsp Himalayan salt

130 g dark chocolate

Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor, add a few tablespoons of water to get a sticky mass. Spread out the baking paper in a square or rectangular mold, place the resulting mixture on it and  flatten well. Melt the chocolate on a steam bath or in the microwave. Pour over the date bar, flatten with a spoon, add desired ingredients for   decoration. Fridge for a few hours, then cut into desired shapes.
