Smoothie for immune system reinforcement

With the approach of winter, it is becoming more and more important to get products rich in vitamin C.  Start your morning with reinforcing  your immunity.  Prepare a smoothie with raspberries and citrus.

You will need frozen raspberries to prepare a smoothie. Squeeze the oranges and lemon, blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

400 ml “Borjomi”

200 g raspberries

1 orange juice

½ lemon juice

100 g apples

1 tbsp honey
