Vegetable chips

It is not very difficult to eat healthy food at home, today I will tell you how to prepare vegetable chips.    

Take zucchini, sweet potatoes (or ordinary potatoes) and carrots. You can use any spice you like or  have at home - salt, pepper, basil, oregano, paprika, garlic powder ...

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.                         

Wash the zucchini thoroughly, dry it and cut it into thin, equal pieces, put in a bowl, pour 2 teaspoons of olive oil, mix well and arrange it on a baking sheet, which is  covered with baking paper. Place only one layer of zucchini rings, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried basil or any spices. Put in the oven. When the top side gets red, turn it over. Bake for 30-40 minutes.                  

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into very thin,  evenly-sized slices. Put  them into a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well to cover all sides with oil. Place on a baking sheet in one layer. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and dried oregano. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. In the process of baking, turn the chips over so that they are browned on both sides.          

Wash the carrots, peel and cut them into thin rings, arrange them on a plate, apply oil with a brush on both sides, add the desired spices and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
