Simple fruit ice cream

You can prepare delicious ice cream from different fruits at home, without additional inventory. You will need only a chopper and few minutes.

The juice - fruit ice cream is based on a banana, which is cut beforehand and frozen in a special frost-resistant container or a plastic bag.

The next step is to select the flavors - strawberries, any berries, or berry mix, mango, pineapple (in the case of mango and pineapple you can use both fresh and canned fruits).

For 2 servings of ice cream, add 300 g of frozen bananas to the chopper, add 150-200 g of any of the above fruits, operate the chopper for 2-3 minutes or until you get a homogeneous, glossy mass - moderately sweet and very healthy ice cream is ready. However, person with a sweet tooth may need to add a sweetener. In such case, I recommend to use honey or agave syrup.

You can store an ice cream in the freezer for 2-3 days, but nothing can be compared with   freshly made ice cream, as it loses its amazing, gentle texture after freezing. Thus stock up with frozen bananas and every time you would like to eat an ice cream, it will take you only 2 minutes to prepare it.
