Flexitarias mostly eat plant foods, fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, but sometimes, for example, once a week; they may eat a delicious steak as well. Such a lifestyle is acceptable for many people. They do not have to make drastic changes in their diet and painlessly move to a healthy, plant-based diet. Veggie Burger
Chop 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic finely. Fry on a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 250 g of grated, raw beets and 150 g of grated zucchini. Fry on a medium fire for 5-10 minutes, or until the liquid has dried.
Place 150 grams of boiled or canned pea, 40 g of oats, 40 g of tahini and 1 egg white in the chopper (this ingredient is excluded in the fasting version). Chop until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Mix the beet and pea mass together, add salt and pepper according to you taste. Stir finely chopped parsley and green onions well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Divide the mass into 3 parts, round and fry in a little oil until browned, 5-5 minutes on each side.
