We often try to avoid fatty foods. Of course, in large quantities nothing is useful, but do not forget that it is enough just to comply with the norm.
A diet in which there is no fat will lead us only to problems, since protein, carbohydrates and fats are necessary for the full functioning of the body. And even more so, their average proportion should look like 1: 4: 1 (be sure to take into account the individual parameters of the body).
It is very important to observe these proportions and not exaggerate any substance more than another. Based on this, it is forbidden to refuse completely from any of them.
