There is no limit to the cooking methods and beneficial qualities of a pumpkin. Saying nothing about taste, everyone loves it, both young and old.
We suggest you to prepare a lunch, which is easy to take to work or to an educational institution. Calories derived from this salad will give you the opportunity to spend a quality day.
You will need:
¼ pumpkin
30 gr. Walnut
200 gr. Spinach
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and place on a pan with oil. Stew for 10 minutes at low heat. At the end add the washed spinach leaves. Transfer to the desired dish and sprinkle with walnuts.
If desired, you can add pumpkin seeds.
