We offer you a simple recipe for a healthy soup, for which you will need:
800 ml. water (preferably chicken broth)
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
100 gr. green peas
30 gr. parsley
30 gr. dill
salt to taste
Boil water (or broth) together with peas, add potatoes, carrots. Let simmer for another 20 minutes, at the end add finely sliced onions. Salt to taste, you can add immediately, so that the vegetables are absorbed. At the end, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped greens.
