Simple lunch idea - chicken salad

If after work you do physical activity, then you need to take a sufficient amount of protein.
We offer you a daily lunch - chicken salad with tomato and cucumber. Vegetables will help to normalize the acidity in the body, which will help in the processing of meat.
You will need:
chicken breast
1 tomato
2 cucumbers
1 bow
½ cup pitted olives
½ lemon
100 gr. Cheese Feta
Olive oil
5 gr. Oregano
5 gr. Basilica
Salt, pepper and other seasonings - to taste.

Fry the chicken and let cool. Slice the vegetables, chop the cheese. Mix everything together and add lemon juice and butter. Do not forget to sprinkle with seasonings.
