Make it yourself: simple and healthy cereal bar

Delicious, nutritious, useful and natural - a cereal bar that you can eat during the day, during training or just to get extra energy

Ingredients:

Oats - 250 grams

Almond - 80 grams

Peeled sunflower seeds - 60 grams

Honey - 160 grams

Butter - 80 grams

Brown sugar - 50 grams

Vanilla extract - ის teaspoon

Salt - ¼ teaspoon

Dried berries - 60 grams

Raisins - 60 grams

Chocolate - 60 grams

Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation:

 

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place parchment in baking dish. Place oats, sunflower and finely chopped almonds. Slightly brown, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the browned ingredients to a bowl. Add finely chopped berries, crushed chocolate and raisins.

Place butter, sugar, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in a pan. Set at a low heat and stir continuously. Sugar and butter must melt completely and afterwards, you can set it aside. 

Pour the obtained mass into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Prepare a cooking tray or a deep utensil and put a little bit of butter (very thin layer). Transfer the mass and roll until flat. Let it dry and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours. 

Afterwards you can cut them into desired sizes and shapes and wrap them to save for later.
