As lasagna is pasta lovers’ favorite dish, we decided to share a simple recipe with you.
Take into account that number of lasagna sheets depends on size of your baking vessel.
So, let’s begin.
Minced beef - 500 g.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Onion - 1 piece
Carrot - 1 piece
Marinara sauce - 4 cups
Ricotta - 300 gr.
Mozzarella - 250 gr.
Water - ½ cups
Lasagna sheets - about 20 pieces
Dried savory - ½ tbsp.
Basil - ½ tbsp.
Salt and red pepper to taste
Heat the pan. Pour olive oil and slightly fry garlic. In two minutes, add chopped onions and carrots. When the onions soften, add minced beef and sauté. Season with salt, red pepper, basil, and savory.
Spread the baking vessel with marinara sauce. Place lasagna sheets, top with minced meat and feta cheese. Repeat the same layers. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Pour half cup of water in this vessel and cover with two layers of foil.
Bake on 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
