Tasty pasta requires really good sauce. Marinara is “to go” from pasta sauces list and today we will teach you how to cook it!
Ingredients:
Tomato Canned - 400 gr.
Tomato paste - 170 gr.
Canned celery - 4 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - ¼ tsp.
Olive oil - 6 tbsp.
Finely cut the onion - 1/3 cup
White wine - ½ cup
Method:
Whisk all ingredients in a blender except wine, olive oil and onions.
Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add the tomato mass and white wine.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Serve with pasta.
