Salmon fillet - 4 pieces
Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Olive oil - 6 tablespoons
Garlic sliced - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Season salmon with salt. In a large bowl, mix marinade ingredients. Pour half of it to a small bowl. Put salmon fillets in a large bowl, cover with a plastic and marinate for 30 minutes.
Fry on a grill and serve with the sauce.
