Tagliatelle with pesto

Easy summer dish – tagliatelle with pesto and feta cheese.


Coriander - 1 bunch

Pine nuts - 6 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 clove

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Feta - 100 gr.

Olive oil - 50 ml.

Tagliatelle - 350 gr.

Salt and pepper to taste


Place coriander, pine nuts, garlic, feta, and lemon juice in a blender. Start whisking and gradually add olive oil. You will get fluffy, homogenous mixture.

Cook pasta until al dente.  Transfer to desired plate and pour with sauce.

Serve hot!
