Grilled pizza

As summer is BBQ season, we decided to share a grilled pizza recipe. We have already discussed pizza dough and sauce recipes in our previous posts, so we can use them here.


Pizza dough

Pizza sauce

Parmesan - 100 gr.

Mozzarella - 100 gr.

Rucola - 150 gr.

Prosciutto - 200 gr.

Basil - 20 gr.

Sun-dried tomatoes - 5 pieces

Olive oil 50 ml.


Roll out pizza dough. Spread it with olive oil and fry from one side on a grill. Flip the dough over with the tongs or spatula. Spread some sauce, top with mozzarella, prosciutto, and sun-dried tomatoes. Fry for several minutes. Top with rucola, parmasan, and basil.
