Light and tasty summer cocktail – Aperol Spitz.
Ingredients:
100 ml. Prosecco
50 ml. sparkling mineral water
50 ml. Aperol
1 piece of orange
Orange zest
25 ml. simple syrup
Preparation:
Fill the glass with ice. Pour Aperol, simple syrup, Prosecco, and sparkling water in the end. Garnish with orange slice and orange peel.
