Mint sorbet

Mint sorbet – simple and refreshing dessert for summer.


1 ½ cup of sugar

1 ½ glass of water

1 bunch of mint

½ glass of lemon juice

2 lemon zests


Place sugar, water, lemon zest, and washed mint in a saucepan. Simmer and wait until sugar dissolves. Remove the mind. Add lemon juice and let the mixture cool. Place in a freezer and keep for one and half hour. After that remove it, mix well, and repeat the process 4 times.

You can keep it in a freezer for 1 month.
