Healthy breakfast is a clue of a good day. We recomend to start a day with spinach and banana smoothie! 

Ingredients: 

1 glass of milk 

1/2 glass of plain yogurt 

1 banana

1 tbsp. peanut butter

2 cups of spinach 

Method:

Whisk all ingrediets in a blender. 

Drink every morning!
