Salmon teriyaki

Tasty and healthy meal - salmon teriyaki. 

Ingredniets: 

4 salmon fillets

10 gr. ginger

2 cloves of garlic

3 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. mirin (rice vinegar)

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Method: 

Grate ginger and garlic. Add soy sauce, honey, mirin, and a bit of olive oil. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper and pour with the sauce. Keep in a fridge for 2 hours. 

Preheat the pan. Fry fillets on olive oil, from all sides. Pour with remaning sauce. 

Serve with a rice.
