Tasty, aromatic baby potatoes - best garnish to any dish.
Ingredients:
1 kg. baby potatoes
2 onions onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 pieces of cherry tomatoes
50 ml. olive oil
A few springs of rosemary
Red pepper and salt to taste
Method:
Wash well potatoes and tomatoes. If the potatoes are a bit bigger, cut them in the middle. Finely chop onions and garlic. Place every ingredient in a baking pot. Pour with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bring at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
