As maple syrup is more habitual to pancakes, we decided to do something extraordinary and cook chicken with it.
Ingredients:
1 chicken
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Rosemary to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix maple syrup, mustart, olive oil, and garlic. Spread chicken with this sauce. Sprinkle with salt. Place on a baking vessel, pour with remaining sauce. Top chicken with rosemary. Bake for 45 minutes.
