There are some basic sauces, that every good cook has to know. We've already entroduced you with some of them, and today is cheese sauce's turn.
500 ml. milk
4 tbsp. flour
50 gr. butter
100 gr. cheese (50 gr. cheddar, 50 gr. blue cheese)
Pour the milk into a pot. Add butter and flour. Constantly stir. After simmering, mixter will start to thicken, this is the time when you should add grated cheese. Stir until homogenous mixture. Serve with pasta.
