Tasty, crisy, homemade chicken fingers! Let your children enjoy healthy food! 

Ingredients:

4 chicken fillets 

3 eggs

70 ml. soy sauce

1 cup oats

Salt and pepper to taste 

Method: 

Cut chicken breasts into long slices. Place in a big bowls, pour with soy sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a plastic and keep in a fridge for 30 minutes. 

Whisk eggs. Place chicken slices first in eggs, then in oats. Fry on a medium heat. 

Serve with ketchup or any kind of desired sauce.
