Of course, hot chocolate is "to go" drink during cold winter days, but have you ever tasted cold white chocolate? If no, our recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
200 gr. white chocolate
400 ml. milk
1 vanilla stick
Whipped cream for topping
Method:
Melt chocolate on a steam bath. Warm a milk. Pour melted chocolate in it and constantly stir. Add vanilla seeds and stir until homogenous mixture.
Transfer to desired vessel and keep in a fridge. After cooling, pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
