Sorbet is an easy and tasty dessert which is also an alternative to ice cream, for those who are allergic to lactose.
Ingredients:
250 gr. of sugar
Peel of one lemon
Juice 2-3 lemons
2 tbsp. Vodka
Half a lemon peel for serving
Cooking method:
Pour 250 ml. of water into a saucepan, add 250 gr. of sugar and peel one lemon. Put on the fire and dissolve the sugar, then boil for 3 minutes. Remove the peel of lemon from the pan and add 100 ml/ of lemon juice and vodka. Stir and put in the freezer for an hour and a half, then remove it from the freezer and mix well. Repeat this process 4 times. After that, the lemon sorbet will be ready.
Sorbet can be kept in the freezer for one month
