Very simple and tasty dish - chicken with tarragon. Prepare enjoyble dinner for whole family in just one hour.
Ingredients:
70 gr. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 chicken
2 onions
120 ml. white dry wine
10 gr. tarragon
Sauce:
1 tbsp. butter
5 gr. of each tarragon, dill, and parsley
A bit of savory
175 ml. of heavy cream
Preparation:
Melt butter, add olive oil and spread on baking vassel. Sprinkle chicken with salt and bake in oven until crispy, golden skin. After, add finely chopped onions, pour wine and add tarragon. Bake for 5 more minutes. Remove chicken and tarragon. Pour everything that is in the vessel into a pan, add butter and greenery. Pour with a cream. Leave on a low heat for 4-5 minutes. Pour chicken with the sauce and serve to table.
