3 eggs
150 gr. of flour (sifted)
50 gr. of cocoa (sifted)
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Extract of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
For decoration:
100 gr. of dark chocolate
100 gr. of oil
Cooking method:
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Stir for about one minute. It is important that you do not mix them l for a long time. The main thing that all the ingredients are mixed. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, fill the muffin molds with half-pastry and bake for about 35 minutes. Check if they are ready with the help of wooden sticks.
In order to prepare an decoration - put the ingredients on the steam bath and melt them. Spread the cream on each muffin.
