This smoothie is really tasty, you can drink it instead of having breakfast.
Ingredients:
80 ml. coconut or almond milk
75 gr. pineapple
Half cucumber
Half lemon juice
2-3 dates
2 gr. grounded ginger
Preparation:
Finely chop pineapple, cucumber and dates. Squeeze lemon juice. Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk.
You can use purified water instead of milk.
