Mustard is a really popular sauce. We decided to share with you a mustard-based sauce, which is perfect for grilled meat.
Ingredients:
250 gr. mayo
50 gr. mustard
1 glass of white wine
10 gr. estragon
Juice of one lemon
Salt and sugar to taste
Finely chop estragon. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix together.
You can keep this sauce for 5 days.
