Satsivi is the most respected New Year dish in Georgia. You can't imagine festive dinner without it. Every chef has his own secret of perfect satsivi. Giorgi Iosava decided to share it with us.
You will need:
Dried coriander - 1 tbsp.
Utskho suneli - 1 tbsp.
Yellow flower - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon and cloves - knife-edge
Red pepper - to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. Store in dry and dark place.
For 1.5 liter of water use 2 tbsp.
