Sauce curry

Unique Indian cuisine is admired all over the world. The first thing that comes to mind at the mention of the gastronomy of this country - curry sauce. There are many recipes for this sauce, we also decided to cook it and share the result with our faithful readers. 


2 tbsp. of curry seasoning 

2 tbsp. of coconut flakes

2 green apples

2 onions

2 carrots

2 cloves of garlic

100 gr. butter

500 ml. chicken broth

200 ml. milk

1 red chilly pepper

Salt - to taste


 Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté chopped onion, carrot, garlic, red pepper. At the end, add the apple. Whisk milk and coconut flakes. Pour into the vegetables. Add curry and salt. Pour chicken broth. Saute for 40 minutes. 

Serve with vegetables, chicken or rice.
