Ingredients: 

1 egg 

400 gr. matsoni 

500 gr. flour 

2 zucchinis 

1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation: 

Mix flour, egg, matsoni, and baking powder. The dough should not be liquid. Then, add grated zucchini, salt, and pepper. 

Fry on olive oil. 

Serve with sour cream.
