Mushroom patties

Today, we cook vegan patties and use mushrooms and buckwheat. They are perfect with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables or a light salad. Additionally, cooking takes maximum half hour. 

You will need: 

1 kg. mushrooms 

1 cup buckwheat

1 tablespoon starch 

Dill, coriander, salt, and pepper - to taste. 

We start from cooking mushrooms. Boil them for several minutes. Then use the mushroom broth while cooking the buckwheat. Put mushrooms and herbs in a meat grinder. Add them to already cooked buckwheat. Add some starch, salt and pepper. Form patties and fry in vegetable oil. 

Serve with mashed potatoes.
