Almond milk

Lot's of people are allergic to lactose, some do not like the taste of milk, some just do not use animal products in their diet. Almond milk is perfect in such cases. A glass of almond milk consists only 60 calories. It is useful for the bones, teeth, and heart. It helps control weight, gives the skin a radiant, healthy look, strengthens muscles and helps digestion. 

In one cup of almonds takes three cups of water.

Soak almonds overnight. In the morning, drain the water, put the almonds in a blender, pour into 3  cups of water and whisk until smooth. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator.
